One of our primary goals is preparing players to compete and succeed at the college level. We do this by selecting coaches who have played or coached at the collegiate or professional level. Additionally, we schedule competition with teams we know will push our players to improve their own skills. Lastly, through our educational seminars we provide players and families with the information they need to make smart choices regarding college recruiting.

Coast to Coast currently has alumni playing at every level of college baseball.....and even professionally. The following C2C alums have been selected during the MLB Draft or signed a pro contract.

Meade Makes Pro Debut
2011-08-08
C2C alum, Ryan Meade, made his professional debut with the Southern Illinois Miners of the Frontier League on July 9th, 2011. The former Lubbock Christian University star double twice and had two RBI in his first pro contest. As a senior at LCU, Meade led the team in hitting at .451. He also posted 16 homeruns and tallied 81 RBI in just 58 games.

"I was surprised he did not go in the [MLB] Draft. He's put up big numbers no matter where he's played. Still the Frontier League is a great place to begin a professional career," said Coast to Coast President Kevin Ritter.

Coast to Coast would like to congratulate both Ryan and his parents on a terrific start to his pro career!
