page for more information. If you still have questions, either
Email us or call 928-854-9455.
PURPOSE OF THE TRYOUT
Tryouts give us an opportunity to hand select players who
we feel possess tremendous ability and potential for their age level. Criteria
include offensive and defensive skills, work ethic, motivation, and sportsmanship.
WHY WE MUST BE SELECTIVE
Even though we would like to give all players an opportunity
to travel with us, we must be selective for the following reasons:
-
We compete against some of the top teams in the countries
we visit. It is important for us to field strong squads. If we did
not, the games would be lopsided and the local teams would lose interest in playing
against us.
-
It is important for us that all Coast to Coast athletes
are outstanding ambassadors who want to represent the United States and their
hometowns with class and pride. That’s why we recruit only mature, responsible,
and dedicated athletes.
-
We spend a lot of time preparing our players for leadership
roles on their high school teams. It is important that our players are coachable
and share a strong desire to excel.
-
Each tour only has a limited number of roster spots available
to ensure lots of individual attention for our players.
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF TRYOUT AREAS
If you would like to tryout but do not live within driving
distance of any of the sites listed below, go to our Player
Applications and you can submit a Player Evaluation
or a Video Application to our office.
Coast to Coast is not affiliated with, nor
sponsored by, the institutions listed above. Please do not call the sites listed
above for tryout information. An overflow of calls could jeopardize our
ability to secure the site in the future. Thank you!
