Showcase Payments & Cancellation Policy Sheet

1) PAYMENT DATES
The following payment schedule is firm and reflects dates on which monies are due to the travel provider. No exceptions will be permitted. Coast to Coast reserves the right to remove you from the program if your account falls more than 15 days past due. If you are removed from the program for failure to meet payment deadlines, the cancellation policy will apply according to the date of your removal.

2) GATEWAY AIRPORT
Tour price DOES NOT include airfare to/from Palm Beach International Airport. Players flying into other airports will be responsible for providing their own transportation to/from our Jupiter area hotel on arrival and departure day.

3) PAYMENT SCHEDULE Total Program Cost ($1225.00)

Initial Deposit $ 150.00 due within 15 days
Payment #2 $ 375.00  
Payment #3 $ 375.00  
Final Payment $ 325.00  

4) PROGRAM PRICE INCLUDES:

  • Coast to Coast Baseball T-shirts (2) and cap.
  • Accommodations at tourist class hotel (2-3 players per room), with private facilities.
  • Three meals served daily.
  • Transportation for all scheduled activities. Includes transfers to/from Palm Beach International Airport on scheduled arrival and departure days.
  • Secondary medical insurance policy.
  • Written skills evaluation.

5) TOUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Meals, other than specified; airfair to/from Palm Beach International Airport; airport taxes; telephone, laundry or other items of a strictly personal nature; optional tips to meal service workers and bus drivers.

6) RETURNED CHECKS
All returned checks shall be subject to a $25.00 charge.

7) CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received in writing by Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. According to the date of the cancellation, the following schedule of refunds/fees will apply. Notice of cancellation received:

  • 91 or more days prior to program commencement, a full refund will be made less a cancellation fee of $150.00 plus funds irrecoverable (hotel cancellations fees, etc.).
  • 61-90 days prior to program commencement, $150.00 and 20% of the total land cost is non-refundable, plus funds irrecoverable (hotel cancellation fees, etc.)
  • 31-60 days prior to program commencement, $150.00 and 40% of the total land cost is non-refundable, plus funds irrecoverable (hotel cancellation fees, etc.)
  • 1-30 days prior to program commencement, $150.00 and 60% of the total land cost is non-refundable, plus funds irrecoverable (hotel cancellation fees, etc.).

Participants canceling on the Showcase date (or later) will be subject to 100% forfeiture of all funds paid. Cancellation includes, but is not limited to, any voluntary withdrawal from the program at any time, on the Showcase date (or later), and any removal from the program on the Showcase date (or later). Upon cancellation of the program, where you the customer, are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions of the contract, all sums paid to Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. for services not received by you will be promptly refunded by Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. to you unless you otherwise advise Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. in writing.

PLEASE NOTE: The processing of refunds usually cannot be completed until 45 days after the conclusion of a program in order to determine the amount of irrecoverable funds.

RESPONSIBILITY
Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc., organizer of the program, its agents and/or suppliers of service, expressly disclaims and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or the neglect or default of any company or person providing any service for this program, or due to epidemic, social or political or military disturbances, or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during this program. Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw, or cancel the tour at any time before its commencement and full refund of monies paid by program purchaser and/or program participant shall be the full limit of Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. liability to said purchaser and/or program participant; or to substitute, when expedient or necessary, aircraft, airlines, hotels; or to cancel a program purchaser and/or program participant from the program prior to, after the commencement of, or during the program; and to make such substitutions, alterations, or cancellations at any time without any advance notice to or approval of program purchaser and/or program participant. No refund will be made for any unused portions of any program unless such portion has been deleted from the tour, or said participant has been canceled and the pro rata cost to such unused portion shall be the full limit of Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc. responsibility to said program purchaser and/or program participant. The program participant also has the responsibility for securing, handling, and possession of passports, visas, travel documents, and any necessary inoculations and also agrees to follow the RULES AND REGULATIONS of the program as set forth by Coast to Coast Amateur Athletics, Inc.
