PRICES BEFORE FUNDRAISING!

PAYMENT DATES
The following payment schedule is firm and reflects dates on which monies are due to the travel provider. No exceptions will be permitted. Coast to Coast reserves the right to remove you from the program if your account falls more than 15 days past due. If you are removed from the program for failure to meet payment deadlines, the cancellation policy will apply according to the date of your removal.

NON-PLAYER TRAVEL  (Booster Program)
Parents (grandparents, etc.) wishing to travel with the group may do so by joining our Booster Program. In order to do so, simply complete the Non-Player Registration Form and the Non-Player Medical Authorization Form and send these to us along with your $350.00 non-refundable deposit. Boosters may be added to the tour any time up to 60 days prior to departure, subject to availability. In order to ensure yourself a spot on the trip, we strongly recommend sending your registration forms and deposit within the player’s 15-day deadline. Late additions must meet the payment schedule effective on date of registration with the program.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT
All non-player (booster) rates based on double occupancy rooms. Single-room reservations are subject to availability. Single Room Supplement costs are as follows:

Please note: ALL PLAYERS AND BOOSTERS WILL ROOM SEPARATELY………PLAYERS WILL ROOM WITH OTHER PLAYERS, WHILE BOOSTERS WILL ROOM WITH OTHER BOOSTERS. UNLESS THERE IS A MEDICAL REASON FOR A PLAYER TO ROOM WITH A PARENT/BOOSTER, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
