If you have received and Acceptance Package and would like to register for a trip, you may do so by sending your $350.00 non-refundable deposit to:

If you would prefer to make your deposit by credit card, you may do so by calling our office at (740) 373-4455. Keep in mind there is a 3% service charge on all credit card payments.
Your registration will not be considered complete and you will not be placed on a roster until we receive completed copies of the following forms:
                                               Player Registration Form
                                             Medical Authorization Form
                                                Rules of Conduct Form
In the event your deposit and paperwork arrive at our office after a trip has been closed, we WILL NOT cash your check. We will let you know the trip has been closed and see if you have a second choice. Keep in mind, your acceptance to the program is not a guarantee we will hold a roster spot for you. Once you receive your Acceptance Package, we encourage you to review the information with your parents and make your decision as quickly as possible. We hope to have you with us!
