“I have been associated with C2C Baseball for several years as a coach on trips to Puerto Rico and as a host for several tryout camps and hitting camps. The trips are an unbelievable experience…….and players are given quality instruction in all phases of the game. Additionally, the trips and camps have been a great recruiting opportunity for my university. I have had several C2C "alumni" become a part of my NCAA DII program. The entire C2C staff are all men of impeccable character and the athletes really enjoy interacting with them.”

Head Baseball Coach—Christian Brothers University
Tryout scheduling us underway and we should have a full slate of tryouts posted by May 1, 2012.
Each
year
Coast
to Coast Baseball holds a series of tryouts around the country in order to identify those players we feel have the potential to eventually play college baseball. At each event, players are evaluated in four areas: hitting, fielding, arm strength and speed. Attendees receive written notification as to whether they have qualified for the program within two weeks. Players DO NOT receive a written evaluation of their skills following the tryout. The tryout is only for identification purposes.
WHY ATTEND A TRYOUT
All players who attend a Coast to Coast Baseball tryout/hitting camp are entered into a database that we share with college coaches from across the country. Proudly, our alumni have gone on to compete at every level of college baseball (130 different institutions at last count) and also professionally. Because of our extensive network, we share our database information with scores of college coaches around the country.
Clearly our desire is to help you increase your visibility, as well as learn from our outstanding staff of coaches, by attending one of our programs in
ARIZONA
,
FLORIDA
or
PUERTO RICO
. However, your information is made part of the database, and is shared with our contacts, whether or not you ever do anything beyond attending a tryout event.
WE ARE NOT A RECRUITING SERVICE
We will not charge you $200-$500 for a glossy packet of information that will be sent to the universities of your choice and then summarily tossed in the garbage by college coaches who understand the quality of the enclosed evaluation is often directly related to how much a client paid to have it produced.
We are happy to provide guidance (FREE OF CHARGE) to players who attend our events when it comes time to send letters to college coaches or put together a highlight video.
Register for a tryout by completing the online registration (click on REGISTRATION in the gray box above) or by calling one of our offices:
East Regional Office: (740) 373-4455
West Regional Office: (928) 854-9455
Because spots are limited, we strongly recommend completing the online registration. Once submitted, your name will be added to the roster and you will be GUARANTEED a spot to tryout. If you submit an email address, we will email you a confirmation.
TRYOUT COST
The cost to tryout is $30.00 payable the day of the event. As we have had a number of bounced checks in the past couple years, ONLY CASH will be accepted. Players who attend both a tryout and hitting camp (cost for full day - $70.00) are entitled to:
BRING A BUDDY FOR FREE!!
If you intend to bring a friend for the full day, you should both register on the website. Simply present yourselves together at the registration table at the event and you will be charged one $70.00 fee.
CANNOT ATTEND A TRYOUT
If you cannot attend a tryout, please complete a Program Application. Your application will be reviewed by our Coaching Committee and you will be notified in writing within two weeks as to whether we can offer you a spot to travel. If you are planning to attend a tryout, please DO NOT complete the Program Application.
Coast to Coast is not affiliated with, nor sponsored by, the institutions listed below. Please do not call the sites listed above for tryout information. An overflow of calls could jeopardize our ability to secure the site in the future. Thank you!
